Creative Chocolates


Creative Chocolates ships all year. To insure that our products arrive in mint condition, we use the best available overnight and second day air (2DA) shipping services. We always ship in reusable insulated shipping containers, with reusable ice packs.

EXACT shipping cost will be determined at the time of shipping based on dimensions and weight of package. Special added charges are applied by the shipping service for Saturday pick-up/ delivery, delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, residential delivery, fuel surcharges, insurance and remote area delivery.
Next day air (NDA) service for most small orders is $12-$18 additional.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Shipping costs for custom orders and combination orders are based on the dimensions and/ or weight of the package and normally cannot be determined exactly until the order is packaged.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Large orders may be shipped by refrigerated truck.

We are unable to accept orders to PO, APO, FPO, or box addresses. Rural Route, Highway, and State Route Box addresses are acceptable (phone numbers should be provided).

To insure orders are not in transit over a weekend, second day air shipments are made for delivery only on Wednesday – Friday; and next day air shipments for delivery Monday- Saturday.

Delivery in the San Antonio metropolitan area is made by local delivery services (estimated daytime charge is $10 to most locations inside Loop 1604). Some custom designs are very fragile and we may be unable to ship these outside of the local San Antonio area. Unless otherwise noted, all shipments are FOB Creative Chocolates, 7700 Broadway, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78209.

If you wish to use your own FedEx, DHL, or UPS account, please provide us your account information and we will charge only for the shipping container.

Except for written contract agreements, prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS may be placed by:

INCLUDE in your order: (1) quantity and clear description of the items desired; (2) Billing AND ship-to address and phone numbers for each item; (3) Desired delivery means (2DA or NDA) and desired delivery date for each item, and, (4) Credit card information including: card number, expiration date, the three or four digit security code, card billing address (if different than ship to address), and name of the credit card holder. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
 
If you wish an enclosure card sent with a gift, please include the complete desired message. If you want us to include your own handwritten card or note with the chocolate, just send it to us and we'll put it in the package.
 
Be sure to include your name and a daytime phone number in the event we need to contact you concerning the order.

Applicable sales tax will be added to shipments delivered in Texas.
